- రాష్ట్రంలోని 1511 పంచాయతీ కార్యదర్శుల ఖాళీలను ఒప్పంద విధానంలో భర్తీ చేయనున్నారు.
- ఈ మేరకు పంచాయతీరాజ్‌, గ్రామీణాభివృద్ధిశాఖ ముఖ్య కార్యదర్శి శుక్రవారం ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేశారు.
- 13 జిల్లాల్లో 2565 కార్యదర్శుల ఖాళీల్లో 1054 భర్తీ కోసం ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ పబ్లిక్‌ సర్వీస్‌ కమిషన్‌(ఏపీసీఎస్‌సీ) ఇప్పటికే ప్రకటన జారీ చేసింది.
- మిగతా 1511 ఖాళీలను ఒప్పంద విధానంలో భర్తీ చేయాలని ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించింది.
- నియామకాల కోసం జిల్లా స్థాయి కమిటీకి ఛైర్మన్‌గా కలెక్టర్‌, సభ్యులుగా జిల్లా పరిషత్‌ ముఖ్య కార్యనిర్వాహణాధికారి(సీఈవో), జిల్లా పంచాయతీ అధికారి ఉంటారు.
- అభ్యర్థులు రాష్ట్రానికి చెందిన వారై కనీసం డిగ్రీ అర్హత కలిగి ఉండాలి.
- 80 శాతం మెరిట్‌ (విద్యార్హత), మరో 20 శాతం ఇంటర్వ్యూలో సాధించిన మార్కుల ఆధారంగా ఎంపిక ఉంటుంది.
- ఎంపికైన వారికి నెలకు రూ.15 వేలు చొప్పున వేతనం చెల్లిస్తారు.
- ఎంపికైన అభ్యర్థుల కాంట్రాక్టు కాలం ఏడాదిగా నిర్ణయించారు.
- పనితీరు సంతృప్తిగా లేనట్లు అధికారులు భావిస్తే ఏడాది కాలంలో ఎప్పుడైనా తొలగిస్తారు
