1)I HAVE TAKEN EOL(Extraordinary leave ) for 75 days how this going to affect my seniority in pramotion and other factors .
2)I have registered in SR EOL For 75 days for those days ,my earned are reduced by 10 percentage. Can I have the chance to convert EOL LEAVES INTO EARNED LEAVES
