- First 3 Months:
- The suspended employee is entitled to 50% of their basic salary along with dearness allowance (DA) and other applicable allowances.
- After 3 Months:
- If the suspension continues beyond 3 months and the delay in disciplinary proceedings is not due to the employee’s fault, the subsistence allowance may be increased to 75% of the basic salary.
- If the delay is attributable to the employee, the allowance may be reduced to 25%.
