In 2022, AP government merged Aided school teachers in municipal /Mandal /government sectors en masse on large scale. Before merging ,government announced zero seniority for teachers opting municipal Schools in new management and past aided service did not carry any weightage. Government did not announce any such condition of merging for teachers opting into Mandal and Government schools. After five months of merging , government announced zero seniority and service even to the teachers merged in government and Mandal schools. We are cheated by government. I am a Mandal mandal merged Aided teacher .How can we achieve 100% seniority and service and waitage to the past aided service. After many representations government is not responding. Is it fair on the part of government not announcing merging condition before merging and announcing zero service after merging.
