Sir, One person who was joined as Junior Assistant initially in the Department has completed 45 years of age in the Junior Assistant cadre as on 25-07-2024 AN and also completes 12 years of incremental service in the present cadre on 30-09-2024 AN. Now he represented for placement in SPP1A scale(12 Years) I.e Senior Assistant scale w.e.f 01-10-2024 FN.
Is he eligible for placement in SPP1A scale even not qualifying in respective Departmental Test ?
