I selected post of Senior Accountant through APPSC Group – II Notification No 10/1999.First selection list government was released in 2005, but I am not select this time.We are going to Supreme Court of India .We have favorable order and Andhra Pradesh government revised selection list released in 2018 also I am selected this time. Apex court was clearly mention inter – se – seniority that means notional seniority.
My question is government gave notional seniority from 2005 my batch mates orders released.So my question is monetary benefits issue. I am joining in 2018 as a Senior Accountant (Notionally Post of Sub treasury officer STO) I am eligible monetary benefits from 2018 as a Post of Sub treasury officer STO scale ?or Senior Accountant SCALE? please clarify.
