Good morning sir,
I want to know about Diesnon rules. I was given Diesnon for the period of unauthorised absence.
I want the clarification if the previous service before Diesnon will be accounted for the purpose of increaments, saved Earned leave, etc.
Please help me as my increaments are withheld due to lack of knowledge regarding the same.
